Massachusetts General Hospital's Department of Psychiatry is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Research Coordinator I to support ongoing and future research studies focused on aging and neurodegenerative diseases. This full-time role involves implementing study protocols, administering neuropsychological tests, and maintaining meticulous documentation. The candidate will work directly with elderly subjects, both English and Spanish-speaking, to facilitate their participation in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize patient data, maintaining records and databases
  • Assist in patient recruitment for clinical trials and administer informed consents
  • Conduct study procedures, including phlebotomy, and assist with regulatory submissions
  • Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with study protocols

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Careful attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and computer literacy
  • Experience in clinical research or related field preferred, but new graduates will be considered
